It has been raining quite a bit and I have been waiting to do a Raku firing for weeks now, so I decided to do it Wednesday, rain, hail or shine!
Waking up it did not look very promising but I went ahead anyway.
The gods were with me.... just a few small showers, and voila nicely done before it started raining again on thursday and today, pffffff.

These are great! Are they flat on the back? Is that wire around them or just unglazed?
